Anna is Health and Wellness Coordinator – training staff, implementing new and dynamic wellness programs – as well as a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Group Fitness and Aquafitness Instructor, Pilates, TRX and Pre and Postnatal Specialist for the past fifteen years, and one thing has always struck me: Fitness should not be a chore, ever.
